It's a wonderful city ? the Calgary stampede is world class -and the growth and vitality in this city is incredible. BUT IT'S MINUS 41 DEGREES!!!!! I am not kidding. Without the wind? minus 29, with the wind? minus 41.Celsius/Fahrenheit?IT'S ALL THE SAME! Not funny. At all. It is supposed to warm up to a whopping minus 22 tomorrow.Yee-haw! Bring out the shorts and t-shirts, and let's have aparty. I am also blaming the weather on the flu and strepthrought I amjust getting over. Took me out for 7 days. Completely bed-boundme (is that a word? it fits though). It isn't always like this though. We get the Chinook weather ? and are very grateful for that. Itis a rare weather pattern that changes the temperaturedrastically (fewer than 5 places in the world that get this kindof weather). What's my point? Today ? that sometimes mother nature can be downright nasty! Enough said.
