There's a nice one-page profile of Jonathan Schwartz, CEO of Sun Microsystems and an avid blogger, in the most recent issue of Fortune. I can't find the link to it on Fortune's site. They usually post their hard copy content a few days or weeks later. Forget Balance There is no line between personal life and professional life, especially if you care a lot about what you do. I used to really resent that, and then it became really freeing. To that last one I'd add...it's not the encroachment of one into the other, it's the lack of care and passion for that one doing the encroaching.
