Meredith Corp. has acquired database/CRM firm Directive Corp. Directive, based in Dallas, TX, specializes in database strategy, analytics and customer asset management. Formed in 2004, it has clients ranging from Petco to Pizza Hut, with a heavy focus on retail and consumer package organizations.
