Tisdale to leave PRC
Dawn A. Tisdale, vice chairman of the Postal Regulatory Commission, will be leaving his position on November 22. Tisdale, who was nominated to the position by President Bush in 2004, will not seek renomination. He said in a statement that he is leaving the Commission to spend quality time with his family in Austin, TX.
