E360insight chases Spamhaus again in $1.8 million claim
E-mail marketer e360insight submitted a new affidavit to the U.S. Circuit Court in Illinois after winning a recent case against British spam blocking firm Spamhaus.org, and not yet receiving the owed funds. The affidavit claims "Spamhaus receives an estimated $1.8 million in annual fees for improperly blocking e360's e-mail messages."
