Marketing services provider Epsilon has appointed three executives to new positions as it continues to grow its operations. Ron Shevlin and Jared Blank will lead new client solutions marketing teams that report to Epsilon's chief marketing officer, Michael Della Penna. Doug Garfinkel has been appointed to the newly created position of vice president of media and acquisition services within the company's Interactive Services group.
